The chapters are indeed sequential, and while the price is steep compared to an actual book, you pay roughly $25.00 for an audiobook that's about 10-15 hours long, so in the larger scheme of things, it's really not that bad if you're into audiobooks. I had no problems with the download on my iPod classic. He does slip into what I call a "pirate voice" more than a few times, but it didn't bother me enough to turn it off.
